A refund is possible if: the product has technical flaws or does not work properly the purchase was made without the knowledge of the account owner The product does not match the description on the website.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
To initiate the return process, you must contact support via email, providing order details and the reason for the return. The period for consideration of the Buyer's request by the Site Administration is within 72 hours from the date of its receipt.
Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be refunded to your account or credit card within 14 business days.
Refunds do not apply to digital items that have already been activated or used.
